> Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop new or refreshed visual identity systems for startup clients
> Create multiple logo concepts and refine them based on client feedback
> Design custom iconography sets that align with brand identities
> Develop versatile marketing collateral templates (e.g., email signatures, presentation decks, brochures)
> Create engaging infographic templates to effectively communicate complex information
> Assist in defining photography style guidelines to maintain brand consistency
> Support our Web Designer in creating visual assets for websites and digital platforms
> Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
> 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting working with diverse clients
> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an agency or B2B tech setting
> Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, iconography, and marketing collateral
> Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
> Proven ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
> Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
> Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design concepts
> Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
SALARY
$50,000 - $75,000
LOCATION
If based in NYC: Hybrid (2 days in office)
Non-NYC based: Full remote, travel to NYC 1x/year
