Fellow - Visual Communications Designer

Role & Responsibilities

HAUS is looking for a design-focused fellow to join our team for the summer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wrapping up their degree to gain hands-on experience in communications design while supporting our growing roster of clients across the deep tech ecosystem. 

You’ll work on a range of design projects including:

  • Social media graphics and campaign assets
  • Presentation deck templates and layouts
  • Data visualization and infographics
  • Supporting design requests across multiple accounts

  • Real-world experience on meaningful projects, mentorship from our team, and the chance to contribute to work for innovative clients in deep tech. You'll work directly with our Sr. Visual Communications Lead and rapidly build your portfolio.

  • 20-30 hours/week

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in design, communications, or a related field, graduating soon
  • Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and visual communication skills
  • Comfortable with design software (Adobe Suite, Figma etc)
  • Self-directed and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
